Driver Vga Intel 915 Windows 8
I've a dell GX280. Currently i'm using windows vista on it. The problem is that i can't manage to install driver for my graphics in windows 7 whereas windows vista auto install the graphics driver (though i still can't enable aero on vista). Video playback is crappy and i can't set a refresh rate higher than 60mhz. I'm stuck with standard vga adapter drivers from microsoft. WHERE CAN I FIND A DRIVER FOR WINDOWS 7 WHICH WILL RUN MY GRAPHICS ATLEAST THE WAY VISTA USED TO DO? P4 2.8 Mhz GMA 900 2 Gb Ram.

Okay i work for a company that works with dell all day i go the go around all day and i have 5 systems in my house with windows 7. Ive tested all the betas and now use all RTM.s windows 7 ROCKS. Its stable as XP but looks and acts like VIsta, its accaully faster than XP when setup right.
Hard to believe. But as to your question. I also have a GX280 3.6GHz, 2GB RAM and installed it. Everything went fine except for video. I used the XP driver in compatibility mode then used Windows updates like 4 times before it installed properly. And now everything besides Aero worked. And as for Dell having your drivers.
Dell will only offer drivers that were build for that system. So vista probablly isnt available for it.
